Data Protection Notice – What we (Alan and Maria Gove) do with your information.

We keep a copies of your booking details form and your invoice as word and pdf files on our computer hard disk and on Microsoft OneDrive cloud and we print and file a paper copy of the booking details form. We do this so that we have your information to hand for your holiday with us and as a reference for if you book again in the future, so we don’t need to ask you for the information again.

We’ll need your name, address and date of birth so that we can enter it on to the Austrian tourist tax system. We are required to do this by Austrian law in order that we pay the required tax for all guests who stay with us.

We require your name, address, date of birth and, depending on equipment required, also your weight, height and shoe size so that we can complete the Pichler Sport shop equipment forms prior to your arrival; your information is entered on to their database and is referenced if you return and use them again.

For anyone requiring ski or boarding lessons we’ll pass your name and date of birth to the Breitschadel ski school at Fanningberg.

We keep all email communication with yourself for reference.

We add your mobile phone number to the contact list on our mobile phones so that we can contact you if we need to, whilst you are here on holiday with us. We do not delete this after you have left in case you visit us again, however if you want us to do so, please ask us to.

We add your email to our Newsletter list. There’s an option to subscribe from this each time a newsletter is sent.

Other than the organisations detailed, we would not pass on your details to anyone else without your permission.
